Puck is silent likely to spend a new couple of days at a San Diego hospital following Friday's appalling car crash in which he broke several bones ... and his 8-year-old son injured multiple internal organs.

As soon as he's forceful enough to leave his bed, Puck will be booked by the CHP for DUI, driving without a license and youngster endangerment.

While Kirstie is not a big fan of reality TV but she thinks her show is single, saying, "I think the type has room for something that can make you laugh and can amuse you."
