Shenanigans were galore at the 23rd annual Kids' Choice Awards on Saturday, anywhere blimp-shaped awards were doled out to fan-favorites and stars were regularly slimed. Katy Perry, trying a brilliant blue wig and close-fitting florid dress, was upside-down pesky with slime when presenting the favorite movie performer trophy to Miley Cyrus (who beat out Sandra Bullock for the honor). The force of the glop caused her to fall backwards, then she chased the 'Hannah Montana' actress around the stage, but co-presenter Jonah Hill grabbed Perry before she could hold the 17-year-old singer-actress with a slimy enfold.
