Joseph Hyungmin Son who was arrested in 2008 on doubt of taking part in a gang rape of a woman on Christmas Eve while DNA allied him to the sin.
According to prosecutors, Son and one more man kidnapped the woman, dragged her into the back of a car, revolver beat her and exposed to shoot her.
The woman claimed Son and the other man continually raped her, and sexually penetrates her with a gun prior to release her in Compton
Son is payable back in court on September 19 for ruling and face a maximum of 15 years to life in prison.
