UFC RING GIRL ARIANNY CELESTE UNDER ARREST FOR HOUSEHOLD HOSTILITY

Wonderful, absurdly, extremely, incredibly hot UFC ring girl Arianny Celeste was under arrest early in the morning for assertion of domestic violence ... reported by TMZ.

According to the website for the Clark County custody Center, the incredibly hot Celeste have taken into custody at 7:30 AM and held on $3,000 bond.

She is still in the rear bar.If Celeste does not post bond contained by 48 hours, her fine self will go prior to an arbitrator. Additionally to her work with UFC, Celeste has modeled for Maxim, FHM, Sports demonstrated and Playboy.

Halle Berry calls 911 over burglar ... once more

Halle Berry called 911 again today, this is second time she's done so this weekend, after she once again speckled an interloper on her assets.

One of a source tells TMZ news when they arrived on scene, the interloper was left. We were told three cars and a helicopter show due to investigate.

As we first report, Halle got freaked out on Saturday when she dotted a man roving around her property.

Roseanne to Ex: I'm Taking complete Custody of Our Son

Roseanne Barr desires to slip her ex-husband of custody of their son ... and she let everybody know it today in open court.

Roseanne and her ex, Ben Thomas, are in the middle of a trial to decide if Roseanne has to foot the bill for Ben's trips to Hawaii to trip their son, Buck. Roseanne lives in Hawaii and Buck attends school there.

All through the trial today in L.A.County Superior Court ... Roseanne's legal team said they are in the practice of filing for "sole legal and physical custody" of Buck.

Her attorneys look ahead to entire the process once the judge rules in the current trial.

Exterior court, we asked how it went -- and Roseanne only put her hands together to pray. Roseanne is likely to take the set tomorrow.

Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller Custody accord

Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller finally dignified the custody agreement for their twin sons, Bob and Max -- and TMZ has all the hits, runs, and errors.

Sources tell Bonohur the agreement includes the following:

For the first 2 months ... Charlie gets the twins every other weekend, from Saturday AM until Sunday PM. The next 2 months Charlie gets the twins every other weekend ... Saturday AM until Monday AM. The next stage ... as long as Charlie and Brooke stay drug and alcohol free -- Charlie gets the twins every other weekend ... from Saturday morning until Monday morning ... and Wednesday AM until Thursday AM.

Parents must submit to random drug testing 3 times a month. Parents must have their regular nannies with them at ALL times when they have the kids.

As for Charlie's goddesses -- they can't show public displays of affection toward the twins. Charlie and Brooke can't be photographed around the kids with a romantic counterpart.

BTW, contrary to some reports, neither Charlie nor Brooke had to submit to psychological evaluation.

The Bel Air home of Zsa Zsa Gabor and Prince Frederic von Anhalt was allegedly broken into this morning -- and the Prince chased off intruders with a bat ... this according to the Prince himself.

According to the Prince, it happened around 3:00 AM this morning. He claims two men broke in through the back of the house, waking him up.

 The Prince says they got as far as the living room, but he chased them away with a baseball bat.The Prince says the guys didn't put up a fight when he came at them, but that he fell while chasing them and hurt his hip.The Prince says the guys must have been there for a while before he discovered them because he believes some paintings, a laptop, a camera and some of their statues are missing.We're told cops are on their way to the scene.

Mel's Lawyers wish for a Shot at Oksana's enter eyewitness

Oksana Grigorieva has procured a secret stick in an effort to slip Mel Gibson of during the night visits with their daughter, but we have learned Mel won't give up that right without a fight. We were told Mel's attorneys have filed a demand to overthrow Dr. Shawn McCoy, an approved scientific social worker who focuses in child custody valuations.

Joan Jett aims to Rock Block Jackie Fox

Joan Jett very soon afire off a claim against former Runaways band member Jackie Fox -- saying she's ticked Fox is trying to cash in on the band's name, a trademark Jett says she owns herself.

In the suit -- which reads like a "Behind the Music" of the rockin' 70s girl group -- Jett alleges her former bassist has "threatened" her business partners, claiming she also has the right to be paid for the use of the Runaways trademarks.

Jett says Fox has also been a nuisance with the production of the band's biopic, starring Kristen Stewart -- saying Jackie has tried to halt filming until she sees/approves a script. According to Joan, there is no character based on Jackie in the movie.

Joan is seeking damages suffered from Fox's alleged meddling and a declaration from the court saying Fox has no right to the band name or any money made from it.

Cop Harassed bye His hot Wife

Anyone can feel there having a wife pose for Playboy that makes you popular around work -- but one cop in Ohio says it made him the target of a bogus investigation.
A police officer asserts the Gahanna Police Department made him the subject of "a detailed and invasive non-criminal investigation" of him and his entire family that began shortly after his wife posed for Playboy.
According to a lawsuit filed last week, the officer claims he was also denied the right to take leave to drill with Army National Guard and also claims his superiors at the police department badmouthed him to Army National Guard officials.
He is litigating for costs in excess of $25,000.
