The 28 year old millionaire is Hayden Panettiere’s new man.
And he was an ex boyfriend of Lindsay Lohan.
Hayden and Harry were seen enjoying a a stroll on Malibu beach together. An onlooker who saw the pair said: ‘The couple seemed extremely happy.’
What a difference a month makes, it was in July that the Heroes actress and Steve looked every inch the couple in love.
