Eva Longoria Parker meeting anxious Death, plus Michael Jackson's Opus

It's an unseasonably chilly night in LA, but that isn't stopping the stars from partying.

At least two events tonight are in the same place: The Luxe Hotel in Bel Air is hosting the Creative Coalition's dinner celebrating Latinos in entertainment as well as a release party for The Official Michael Jackson Opus, a massive book about the King of Pop.

Jesse Metcalfe might have made a name for himself by showing off his impressive pictures playing gardener John Rowland on Desperate Housewives, but that doesn't mean he'll be stripping down when he reprises his role in the upcoming season of the hit ABC series.

"I don't think we'll be seeing him shirtless," Eva Longoria Parker informed me yesterday. "You'll be seeing a very different John Rowland."

Perhaps Longoria Parker can get Mr. Metcalfe to take off his shirt for charity.
