Break up finalize pro sean penn and robin wright

Hollywood heavyweights Sean Penn and Robin Wrihgt are formally separated.

The According to court papers filed July 22, the couple has reached an accord on spousal maintain, skill allotment and the keeping of their 17-year-old son, Hopper, whom they will share joint custody of. They are also parents to a 19-year-old adult daughter, Dylan.

Paper reveals that Penn and Wright had a post-nuptial contract and that they confirmed their officer date of separation as Aug 12, 2009.

Before officially divorcing, the couple split a few times. They first tied the knot on April 27, 1996.

The couple may be missing the official paperwork, but Sean Penn and Robin Wright Penn's marriage remains unofficially broken.
Wright Penn says in the September issue of More that, despite reports that their relationship is on the mend following yet another aborted attempt at legal separation, she and her husband of nearly 13 years are still living apart.
"I hit that crossroad a while ago—for Robin, the 'I know what I don't want' [sign] was flashing neon lights," she says. "I have no regrets. I, we, have two amazing children we raised together."
