Mel's Lawyers wish for a Shot at Oksana's enter eyewitness

Oksana Grigorieva has procured a secret stick in an effort to slip Mel Gibson of during the night visits with their daughter, but we have learned Mel won't give up that right without a fight. We were told Mel's attorneys have filed a demand to overthrow Dr. Shawn McCoy, an approved scientific social worker who focuses in child custody valuations.

One of a source tell us McCoy was hired by one of Oksana's earlier lawyers -- and proposed a statement to the court ... which said that, usually talking, child should not be with the father overnight when the parents are separated. Oksana's attorneys could have a rough time realistic Judge Scott Gordon of that. We were told Mel's had one overnight visit with Lucia per week for the past a number of months and there have been no problems -- so his attorneys will dispute that McCoy's overview only does not relate here.
