Allen Shellenberger is dead battle with brain cancer

Allen Shellenberger has passed away on Thursday after a long battle with brain cancer.
He was 39 year old.
Allen discovered he had a malignant glioma brain tumor in 2008 and had been trying different treatments, such as, clinical trials, chemotherapy, and radiation.
Band Lit remaining members Kevin Baldes, Jeremy Popoff, and A.Jay Popoff released the following statement:
“To know Al was to know laughter. He had a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone. Words cannot begin to express how much he will be missed. This was our brother and not a day will go by that we won’t think about him. Right now we’re trying to find the balance of mourning his loss and celebrating his life. Allen has experienced more in his 39 years than most people dream of in ten lifetimes. This is a tremendous loss for us, our fans, and also for Allen’s family who took such good care of him during his battle with cancer.”
The drummer is survived by his parents and daughter Giovanna Mackey.

George Clooney is charging paps over immature pics

Clooney is accounted suing a photographer and two magazines in Italy for invasion of privacy.
According to a source While in Italy a pap climbed over the wall of George’s Italian home and took shots of the actor and his new fuck buddy Elisabetta Canalis enjoying private moments in the garden, not only that, the said pap also shot a topless photo of a 13-year-old girl changing in a spare bed room.
These photos were already published in the magazines.
That is so wrong in many ways.
George Clooney is super pissed about the whole thing and he intends to sue the lot of them!
