Wrong hints in Madonna Stage Deaths

French cops are treating the two deaths linked with Madonna's stage collapse as homicide -- this according to the British Press Association.
Assistant prosecutor Marc Simamonti said the prosecutor's office opened an investigation for manslaughter and involuntary injuries in a work-related accident, and that initial hearings will be held on Sunday or Monday.

While the cause of the collapse is still unknown, a faulty power winch may have been at fault.

According to her website, Madonna is "devastated" by news of the two deaths.

Hollywood Actress :Did You Hear About Sharon Stone's Air Rage?

That was the first thought through our heads after reading a report that claimed Sharon Stone was greeted by police at Salt Lake City Airport after some kind of scuffle with a Delta cabin crew over her refusal to check her carry-on.

But fear not, travelers, while people in uniform did meet the 51-year-old actress at the gates, contrary to the claims in a Stylist.com report, it was not because Stone went Basic Instinct...

"The airport police were requested by her," airport spokeswoman Barbara Gann tells E! News. "She was traveling alone and had requested in advance if we could give her special assistance because she was traveling alone and didn't want to cause disruption or congestion from autograph seekers."

Gann says that she was unaware of any disturbance caused by Stone.

Idol Judge Kara DioGuardi Has American "I Do's"

American Idol's Kara Dioguardi isn't just a new judge. She's a newlywed!

The talent competition's freshest face married general contractor Mike McCuddy Sunday in Prospect Harbor, Maine.

The sun was shining as the 38-year-old producer-singer-songwriter walked down the aisle at United Methodist Church, reports In touch weekly. She wore a strapless, mermaid-style Vera Wang confection as nearly 30 friends and family members looked on.

The bride and groom met when the 34-year-old former teacher built a home next door to DioGuardi's New England abode. He popped the question in December—just before the brunette's A.I. debut—during a vacation in Mexico.

"I feel great," the star told the magazine on her wedding day. "What was most unbelievable about the experience was when I looked out at the church and saw all these people that were so important to me and Mike, who where there for us. It was pretty powerful. I was very emotional and I'm not somebody who breaks down and cries."

No word as to where her honeymoon will take her, or if her return will be followed by a second season of Idol.

Judge Removes Mom From Control of Michael Jackson's Estate

A judge said Monday that Michael Jackson's longtime attorney and a family friend should take over the pop singer's estate for now, rejecting a request from Jackson's mother to be put in charge.
Jackson's 2002 will names John Branca and John McClain as co-executors of his estate, and his mother katherine jackson as the beneficiary, as well as guardian of his three children, Michael Jr., 12, Paris Michael, 11, and Prince Michael, 7. Jackson's estate is estimated in court filings as being worth more than $500 million.

Judge Mitchell Beckloff ruled that Branca and McClain would have to pay a $1 million bond on the estate and that their authority would end Aug. 3, followed by another hearing on the estate.

Katherine Jackson, was granted some limited powers over the singer's estate days after his death. Her attorney's asked Monday that she be named co-administrator on the estate with Branca and McClain, but Beckloff denied the request.
