Michael Phelps Crash -- The Police give Map

The diagram make clear Phelps' car (left)striking an Accord (right) that blew through a red light at the intersection of Calvert and Biddle Street. Both cars then struck a parked car on the side of the road, which in turn struck a fourth car parked in front of it. The Accord also struck a U.S. Postal mailbox after careening off Phelps' Cadillac Escalade.

Phelps admitted to drinking a beer about two hours before the accident, but cops ruled out alcohol as a factor in the crash. The report says Phelps "did not show any signs of fatigue or alcohol use ... there was no odor of alcoholic beverage about his person."

Grey's Anatomy Star's invented Sex Tape Leaked

Attorney Martin Singer maintains that, despite its sexy nature, the video is not a sex tape.
"This is simply a private, consensual moment involving a married couple, shot several years ago, which was never intended to be seen by the public," Singer said in a statement Monday.
"Although the participants are nude, the tape is not a 'sex tape.' It is a private tape made for only my clients' personal use, and nobody has the right to exploit it. If anyone exploits the tape, they will be violating my clients' rights and will be exposed to significant liability."

Does u think Paula Abdul Will come Calling?

Paula Abdul can not be one of the competitors on season nine of Dancing with the Stars, but Cheryl Burke still has hope the former American Idol judge will pop up on the show.
"As a contestant she'd just blow everyone out of the water, but as a guest judge she has a lot to say, because she has so much dance experience," Burke recently told me.

Robin Wright Penn not speaking From Sean

The couple may be missing the official paperwork, but Sean Penn and Robin Wright Penn's marriage remains unofficially broken.
Wright Penn says in the September issue of More that, despite reports that their relationship is on the mend following yet another aborted attempt at legal separation, she and her husband of nearly 13 years are still living apart.
"I hit that crossroad a while ago—for Robin, the 'I know what I don't want' [sign] was flashing neon lights," she says. "I have no regrets. I, we, have two amazing children we raised together."
