Kim given a "pocket list" to a realtor for her $4.8 mil Beverly Hills home -- a pocket listing doesn't come out in official real estate papers. We told Kim's asking price is $5 million.

Ditto Kanye listed his L.A. home also -- once more, a pocket list.

Secure source confirmed-both are selling their homes so they are able to rent a house together. They are looking for a private place to live behind gates.

LINDSAY LOHAN pursued down more than $40k Tanning Bill Judgment

Lindsay Lohan may hide some of her "Liz and Dick" money in the Caymans, because a tanning salon is going after her with a punishment for not paying a judgment for a humongous tanning bill.

It has been 9 months since a Nevada judge controlled Lindsay to give the $40,000 bill to the salon and -- astonish; she has not paid a cent.  Now the salon is trying to find the topic moved to California, so it can append Lindsay's property to please the decision.

RAY J Shopping voyage after Hospital jolt

Ray J look in good health yesterday afternoon as he and his friend did a small shopping in Beverly Hills ... just a few days after he was hospitalized in Las Vegas.

As TMZ first reported that Ray J was in hospital on morning after the Billboard Awards after affliction from a recipe of collapse and dryness. It was Sophie Monk, who approves an ingrown hair removal product with Ray J, who exposed him in his hotel room and called 911.
