The truth romantics swapped vows shortly after 3 p.m. Saturday as cameras rolled in the rain at the the Terranea Resort in the Los Angeles beach suburb of Rancho Palos Verdes.

Ex- Bachelorettes Trista Sutter and Jillian Harris, along with their respective rose-recipients, Ryan Sutter and Ed Swiderski, witnessed the picture-perfect nuptials. Jason's son, Ty, who played a big role on The Bachelor, was also among the 300 attendees. Needless to say, Mesnick's first choice and former fiancée,Melissa Rycroft, and new husband Tye Strickland didn't make glance.

Marie Osmond's Son Michael Blosil Commits Suicide


TV and music star Marie Osmond: Entertainment Tonight is reporting that Osmond's 18-year-old son Michael Blosil committed suicide Friday evening in Los Angeles.

The 18-year-old apparently suffers from severe despair in recent years, leaving behind a note which detailed his plans to commit suicide. In it, Blosil explained his loneliness, stating that he felt as if he had no friends and simply did not fit in.

Osmond spoken her grief over the heartbreak in a statement released Saturday evening: "My family and I are overcome and in deep upset by the sad loss of our dear Michael and ask that everyone respect our privacy during this difficult time."

Gatorade falls Tiger Woods


Gatorade has declared that it has formally detached its approval ties with Tiger Woods. In a statement, the company thought, “We no longer see a role for Tiger in our marketing efforts and have ended our relationship. However, our partnership with the Tiger Woods Foundation will continue. We wish him all the best.”

Gatorade is the third sponsor to drop Woods since the scandal adjacent his extramarital relationships became public. Accenture PLC, a worldwide consulting firm and AT&T also ended their sponsorship agreements with the golfer. Gillette and Tag Heuer have both maintained their sponsorships but, according to the Wall Street Journal, have distanced themselves from Woods since the scandal.

Producer Apologizes for E-Mails: Lockergate

The Academy of activity Picture Arts and Sciences is allowing for action against a producer of "The Hurt Locker" who sent multiple e-mails wiles academy members to vote for his movie in the Oscar best-picture race and "not a $500 million film" — an clear position to close-competitor "Avatar."

The e-mails by Nicolas Chartier, one of four selected producers for "The Hurt Locker" and who put up the financing to make the front-running film, violated the academy's rule against sending mailings that "attempt to promote any film or success by casting a negative light on a competing film or success," according to academy spokeswoman Leslie Unger.

The first e-mail was sent Feb. 19 and obtained by the allied Press. ensuing e-mails, posted by the Los Angeles Times, showed Chartier giving more specific instructions, asking Oscar voters to rank "The Hurt Locker" at No. 1 and "Avatar" at No. 10 on this year's preferential ballot for the newly expanded best-picture category "Hurt Locker" distributor Summit Pictures said in a statement it was "completely unaware of any e-mails that were sent until we were alerted by the academy earlier this week."
