Chump knock dipper: Navy SEALs and Singing

No need to sound the alarm if you see Vanessa Hudgens lookin' a bit bruised and battered these days.

She and her costars in the upcoming Sucker Punch are getting their asses whipped in preparation for director Zack Snyder's shoot.

"We have Navy SEALs doing physical training, and then we have stunt and fight choreographers from Watchman and 300," says Jamie Chung, who will play Amber in the action-packed fantasy flick about a young girl in a mental institution in the 1950s. "It's going to be awesome."

Chris Brown clean cars, pick up junk

RICHMOND, Va. - Police in Virginia say singer Chris Brown will remove graffiti, pick up trash and wash cars as part of his sentence for beating ex-girlfriend Rihanna.

The 20-year-old Brown was sentenced in California last month to five years’ probation, six months of community labor and a year of domestic violence counseling for the February attack. He is performing the labor in Richmond near his home.

In a letter to the judge, Richmond Police Chief Bryan Norwood outlined some of Brown’s tasks. They include graffiti removal, trash pickup, washing cars, cleaning and maintaining grounds.

The Biggest Loser


We dare you not to cry during the season-eight premiere of The Biggest Loser. In fact, make that a double-dog-dare.

Goosebumps ran up and down our arms as we watched Tracey Yukich, 37, try to crawl to the finish line of the one-mile mark only to be taken away by medics. Our eyes welled up as Abby Rike, 35, told the tragic tale of losing her husband and two small children in a car crash.

If anyone dismissed The Biggest Loser as just another weight-loss show, think again. Now is the time to get into what is arguably one of the most emotional rollercoasters on reality TV today.

LeAnn Rimes lastly confirmed that she's done being Mrs. Dean Sheremet announcing via her website that she and her hubby of seven-plus years are separating up for good.

And to attach abuse to injury, a big shot misspelled his name!

"After much thoughtful mutual consideration, Deane [sic] and I have agreed to move forward with dissolving our marriage," stated the actress and country-pop songbird.

"This decision was amicable and we remain committed and caring friends with great admiration for one another. Thank you so much for all of your continued love and support—it is deeply appreciated."

A friend of the estranged couple confirmed in July that they had been separated "for some time." They have no children.

Rimes seems to have a boyfriend.
