Ex-Boyfriend: Pay Me Now!

A New Jersey-based songwriter, evidence maker and self-professed ex- lover of the "Poker Face" outlet is seeking a huge $35 million—claiming that her fat persona and even her stage name were his formations.

Rob Fusari speaks in his claim, filed yesterday in New York Superior Court, that he revealed and mentored the chanteuse back when she still just Stefani Germanotta, a struggling performer trying to make a spray in the New York club scene.

Fusari, whose tributes include Destiny Child's "Bootylicious" and Will Smith's "Wild West," claims he dreamed up the Gaga name because he was a big fan of Queen's "Radio Gaga" and his cell phone had software issues.
