Hugh Jackman -- Car collide disruption?

Hugh Jack man’s celebrity could be in part to guilt for a cruel two-car accident in NYC ... this according to one of the drivers concerned in the crash. It all went down this afternoon ... a TMZ photographer was shooting Hugh when a van and a Jetta collided crossways the street. Our guy broken up interviewing one of the drivers involved in the accident -- who explained that he was looking for his next turn when, "I see all these cameras and I see Hugh Jackman. Next thing I know, I went to take the turn ... BAM."

Mike Tyson sense the Legal loom from '09 Arrest

Mike Tyson is being enforced to go one more surrounding in a fight he thinking was already won.

A paparazzo who was under arrest beside with the previous heavyweight champ last year after a dustup at Los Angeles International Airport is now suing Tyson for more than $36 million, claiming he undergo a brain harm from the whipping he took. Tyson, who is in talks to play his tiger-loving self again in Hangover 2, never faced illicit charges in the stuff after city prosecutors determined there wasn't enough evidence to make a case.

Mel's Lawyers wish for a Shot at Oksana's enter eyewitness

Oksana Grigorieva has procured a secret stick in an effort to slip Mel Gibson of during the night visits with their daughter, but we have learned Mel won't give up that right without a fight. We were told Mel's attorneys have filed a demand to overthrow Dr. Shawn McCoy, an approved scientific social worker who focuses in child custody valuations.

One of a source tell us McCoy was hired by one of Oksana's earlier lawyers -- and proposed a statement to the court ... which said that, usually talking, child should not be with the father overnight when the parents are separated. Oksana's attorneys could have a rough time realistic Judge Scott Gordon of that. We were told Mel's had one overnight visit with Lucia per week for the past a number of months and there have been no problems -- so his attorneys will dispute that McCoy's overview only does not relate here. 

Hannah Montana catch a New Sound

Miley Stewart is branching out on "Hannah Montana," but before she does, she has songwriter's hunk that has her annoying to rob a song from her father (Billy Ray Cyrus).

"Dad, I have been working on this song for three days and all I got is a room full of wrinkly paper so profound I think I lost Lilly in it," Miley Cyrus as her alter ego criticize.

Miley's new sound doesn't go down well with her record label, but when popular recording artist Iyaz hears it, she gets some words of encouragement -- and an offer for him to duet with her on it. Heidi and Spencer – about relationship

Recently acquiescent Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt spent yesterday evening boiling marshmallows -- over an open fire of their burning divorce papers.

While we earlier reported, Heidi called off her divorce from Spencer -- and as a sign of their endless love, Speidi fed each other s'mores that they'd cooked over a fire of legal docs.

Heidi tells TMZ she was waiting for Spencer to make her his top priority: "All I ever wanted was to know that Spencer loved me more than he loved all this other nonsense."

For his piece, Spencer tells us, "During all it's been Heidi's love that kept me ashore. Realizing my actions were pushing her away was a scary wake-up call. I've still got a long way to go to repair the trust, but I expect with sustained self advance, our affiliation will be stronger than ever."
