With gossips that Simon Cowell just proposed to his lady friend Mezhgan Hussainy -- the "American Idol" frame artist made a huge statement in Beverly Hills this weekend -- with a diamond the size of a fist.
Hussainy, who at 36 is 14 years younger than Simon, declared last week that he did really ask her to say "I do" him, despite Cowell's recent denials that he was planning to pop the question.
