Sarah Jessica Parker Surrogate's steals emotional

Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick,They are really happy now two babies were born and three men spent a few minutes (thus far) in the slammer.

Two local cops and a mayor's son have been booked in the Belmont County jail in Ohio. They were released shortly thereafter.

The cops, Barry Carpenter and Chad Dojack—both police chiefs—have been under investigation for breaking into the home of the Sex and the City star's surrogate and searching for fodder on the famous family they might be able to sell to tabloids.

The two voluntarily turned themselves in for what Sheriff Fred Thompson called "anticipatory processing." They were booked on unspecified charges and released. As for the mayor's son…No one seems to know just yet.The connection between Bruce Callarik, the son of the Bridgeport, Ohio, mayor and father-in-law of Dojack, has yet to be made completely clear.

Carpenter and Dojack are scheduled to be arraigned Friday morning at Belmont County Court.

Neither the Martin's Ferry Police Department nor the Bridgeport Police would comment and referred calls to the mayors' offices, which have not yet responded. At least a pair of good things came from this mess: Marion Loretta Elwell and Tabitha Hodge joined the Parker-Broderick family on June 22.

Tween Girls Crying ,Joe Jonas' Heartbreak'

Joe Jonas confirms his perceptive side to the crowd at a Detroit show. When the JoBro shed some tears at a concert Sunday night before launching into 'I Gotta Find You', the crowd of girls cheered and aww'd before singing along to the song's intro. Was the crying staged, or was it a show of emotion from the newly single Disney star? Either way, it was a surefire way to secure Joe as an ultimate icon of puppy love.

Kim Kardashian intimation at Split with Reggie Bush

Fine, it's been fewer than 24 hours since it was declared that Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush's relationship has come to an end, but the search for breakup clues is already foundation.

People has published an interview with the that was conducted at the Hilton Hotel in Atlantic City, N.J., two days before she and her footballer beau called it quits.

It seems the couple had just been doing a little house hunting, but was not exactly seeing eye-to-eye...

"He hated the one that I loved," she told the mag. "There is one that he loved and I know my mom is going to love. So I don't know."

Encounter of the Wedding Dance show

When Jill and Kevin Heinz's "Wedding Entrance Dance" went viral last week (and spurred a network news turf war), it was but the latest in a long conga line of YouTube clips starring brides and grooms doing the robot, making like Michael Jackson and otherwise performing their apparent homage to "Evolution of Dance."

And if you don't know what "Evolution of Dance" is, then you're just the sheltered type who really, really needs our quick look at the incredibly dense genre of wedding dance videos.

All About The Pretty New video of Kelly Clarkson

JUST IN THIS REAL WORLD, Kelly Clarkson would forever be magic.

Really she looks the best in all outline of her new video for the BeyoncĂ©-sounding "Already Gone," We think she have extra influence…or at least the fanciest wand on this side of Hogsmeade.

In this time we see the crooner in a formal black gown, she's clutching a single white calla lily. Suddenly, things get whimsical. Pearl necklaces float, champagne glasses get reversed and string instruments play themselves in midair.

Unluckily, it doesn't look like those cosmic forces affect her any—she's silent fixed sleeping on the put and singing on the land by the keyboard.

Amy Winehouse unfurnished of beating

LONDON - Amy Winehouse was found not culpable on Friday of assaulting a dancer at a charity ball in London last year.
The ruling came at the end of a two-day trial at the City of Westminster Magistrates' Court, according to the Press Association. Winehouse, 25, had been accused on punching dancer Sherene Flash in the face. The singer denied the charge, saying she had been intimidated when Flash put her arm around her and so pushed her away.
"Five foot seven in burlesque heels places you at quite an advantage over five foot two in ballet pumps," Winehouse's lawyer Patrick Gibbs told Flash in court on Friday, explaining why the singer had felt threatened.
Winehouse won five Grammy awards in 2008 and her album "Back to Black" earned widespread critical acclaim. But her troubled private life, including a battle against drug addiction, has overshadowed her recording success.
In March, Winehouse was unable to get a U.S. work visa to perform at April's Coachella festival in California because of the assault charge. Earlier this month, she ended her two-year marriage to Blake Fielder-Civil.

It seems that, Michael Jackson had the hots for mega-diva Beyoncé. Diddy told David Letterman that the King of Pop explained up unexpected to one of the rapper's annual white parties asking for Beyoncé specifically, and the pair danced the night away. Well, how about that?

Klein did surgical procedure on Jackson in Gyno headquarters

Dr. Arnold Klein formerly took Michael Jackson to the staff next door to his -- sprint by a gynecologist focusing in vaginal innovation to achieve a slight acne treatment on the singer under full anesthesia.
When we spoke with Dr. Harvey Richmond who told us ... around 2003, Dr. Klein asked him if he could use Richmond's surgery center in his office to perform a procedure on Jackson.
Dr. Richmond says, per Klein's request, he got an anesthesiologist and a scrub tech who worked on Jackson.
Dr. Richmond says he found it "odd" that Dr. Klein performed "some sort of acne treatment" with full anesthesia. Dr. Richmond says he believes the anesthesia used was Propofol, the same drug that may have killed Jackson.
Dr. Richmond says the 2003 procedure was the only time Dr. Klein used his office for Jackson.
And there's this -- Dr. Richmond says Jackson stiffed him on the bill, eventually only paying half after Richmond threatened to take the singer to Beverly Hills small claims court.

Kate Gosselin capture her clones Jonas-Watching

Kate, formally emperor of the world in her 8-year-old daughters' eyes, took twins Cara and Maddy to Thursday's Jonas Brothers show at Wachovia Center in Philadelphia.
An observer say to E! News the trio and one of the twins' friends rode in a black stretch limo to the concert, which started shortly after 7 p.m.
"They were really happy and excited," the source said of the three little ones, all smiles as they arrived at the arena.
And we presume Kate was pretty happy, too—not only because of the looks on her kids' faces, but because a newly single lady should have the chance to put her hands up, up in the club, because she just broke up and is doing her own little thing

Paris Hilton : insists she's not stupid—or sluttish

Hilton says that she’s not stupid—or sluttish— I just like you may think.
Every one perceive in face of the cameras is just a spirit she's imaginary.
"In a way it's good, but I also don't want people thinking of me as this blond heiress…airhead," she says in Paris, Not France, a new documentary about her life, premiering Tuesday on MTV. "But that is kind of my brand. I make a lot of money by doing that."
But she acknowledges her brand will forever be tarnished by—you guessed it—the infamous sex tape with ex-boyfriend Rick Salomon.
Yes, she goes there in the film…
"I always looked up to Princess Diana and all these women, and now I could never be like that," Paris says. "I want to have a family. I want to be normal. I want to be happy."
Instead, she says, she has to worry about people "thinking I'm a slut and thinking I'm something that I'm not."
But it was her mother, Kathy, who was doing the worrying last night—about having to actually watch the documentary. "I didn't know [the sex tape] was going to be in it," she told us before seeing the film at a red carpet screening in L.A. "It's very tough...I can't believe they kept that part in there. I thought they kept that part out. It's going to be very hard for us to watch."

Stock and wholly expected? Ain't that 'The Ugly Truth?'

Although its tempting stars, The Ugly Truth is a charm less quixotic comedy.
The film is so boring that it might as well have been written as a test classroom exercise in RomCom 101. The notion that opposites attract is a staple of the genre. But that doesn't mean the well-worn concept couldn't have been approached from a fresh angle.
There's nothing new or remotely inventive about this battle-of-the-sexes romp. The most notable aspects are its coarser-than-usual language and the flashes of chemistry between Gerard Butler and Katherine Heigl.
Heigl plays Abby, the ultra-capable producer of a morning news show. Though she prides herself on finding solutions to any problem, her competence does not extend to relationships. A control freak, her businesslike approach to dating hasn't panned out.

Jeff Bridges proceeds to world of TRON, now in 3D

Jeff Bridges assures the new "TRON" is just as innovative as the 27-year-old original.
The 59-year-old actor and star of the original film came to Comic Con Thursday to help present early footage from "TRON: Legacy," due in 2010.
Bridges notes that when "TRON" was released in 1982, the Internet and personal computers didn't exist. The futuristic tale took viewers to a digitized virtual world, a concept that was decades ahead of its time.
Despite modern moviegoers' everyday interaction with technology, Bridges says he "can guarantee you're going to get the same kind of pop with this one. Everything's going to be super-isled."

Elite: Brad Paisley splits his nighttime at the White House

Nation state song star Brad Paisley was asked to participate in the White House Music Series on July 21. Exclusively for CNN.com, Paisley blogged about performing in the historic East Room before the president, the first lady, students, White House staff and members of Congress.
- I've been to the White House five or six times over the years, but none of those times did I ever pick up an instrument.
It was always for some event.
"Hey, there's a reception. Come eat some finger foods, and look around and be in awe like everybody else."
But this time, the phone call was essentially, "We would like to know if Brad would be interested in performing at the White House in the East Room."
It was as simple as that. It's like, "Yes! More than yes. I'm floored. Why?!"
And I could never get the answer why. They just wanted me to play.
Ironically, I read this story just last week on CNN about Michelle Obama's great-great grandfather, Jim Robinson, who was a slave in South Carolina. It's insane to think about that. How the world has changed.
On November 4th, I felt an emotion like I haven't felt in my entire life. I think whoever you voted for, you had to be moved.
My grandfather was in the Philippines fighting against the Japanese during World War II -- and now I record for Sony and played Japan twice on tour, and loved every minute.
If you'd go back in time and tell my grandfather during air raid sirens, "Hang on there. Your grandson -- they're gonna love him," he never would have believed it.

And it seems little has changed over the past 58 years. They parade in bikinis, they get judged on etiquette, as well as their looks.

What makes now an especially appealing time to take a trip is that while the monetary crisis seems to have bottomed out—and the swine flu scare has subsided enough, for now, that the U.S. has dropped its Mexico travel warning—many would-be travelers are still hesitating, which is forcing the travel industry to keep prices low.

For the intrepid sojourner, that means bargains are everywhere, crowds are nowhere, and even the once-haughtiest of waiters will now be your biggest fan. Here are 10 vacation destinations where your dollar will get you more than it has in years.

Jenna Bush Hager's mission: To 'engage young people'

'Twenties Girl': It's Kinsella, with a mystical weave

While Kinsella has promised to continue the best-selling disasters of Becky Bloom wood with a sixth Shopaholic book, it's most likely for the best that she is taking a breather from the credit-crunched crumpet. Indulging playful spending habits and glorifying sticker-shock apparel feels too rude right now.
But, as she has shown before with other titles, this is a chick-lit maven with more than one delightful modern-day heroine up her stylish sleeves.
In Twenties Girl, Kinsella manages to conjure a more grounded, less flibbertigibbet-y London-based working gal who is also worthy of BFF status. That the author does so with one of her more outlandish premises speaks to her strengths as a storyteller as she continues to tickle funny bones and touch hearts.
The plot goes Swayze-crazy Ă  la Ghost when Lara Lington, a 27-year-old novice headhunter left in the lurch by both her dream beau and her best pal/business partner, is suddenly haunted by her just-deceased great-aunt Sadie.
Happening in the guise of the willful, party-hearty flapper she once was instead of her ancient withered self, Sadie demands that her grandniece track down her precious beaded necklace. She also is openly scornful of Lara's way of life — or lack thereof, especially in the story section.

Nicolas Cage vs. Seth Rogen: Who prevails?

Nicolas Cage has been a Ghost Rider, a Lord of War and even a little Bangkok Dangerous, but now he could be ready to take on his toughest adversary: Seth Rogen.
Variety reports Cage is in talks to play bad guy to Rogen's hero in director Michel Gondry's Green Hornet film. There were few details, but considering all the idiosyncratic talents involved, well, it's just better that way.
Stranger still, Cameron Diaz is in talks to play the film's love interest, which presumably means she must choose between Cage and Rogen.

Huge Gap in Dakota Fanning's New Moon picture

Isn't this New Moon picture featuring Dakota Fanning lovely?
Too bad it isn't real.
True, the actress is playing evil Jane in the upcoming Twilight sequel, but in this supposed one-sheet, she looks less like a scary vamp and more like a Gap ad. Wonder why?
In other TwiNews, Robert Pattinson is still hot; Kristen Stewart is still working on that Joan Jett movie (with Dakota, no less); and Kellan Lutz still has cute dimples.

Bars, restaurants and cafes were given a grace period that ended at midnight Saturday.

As the family walked through the marble lobby – with Jon Gosselin especially missing – Kate intolerantly told one of her sextuplets, clearly in response to a question, "Yes, this is where we are staying."

Every member of the family, stars of the TLC reality show Jon & Kate Plus 8 wore light summer attire: Kate, 34, was in jeans and high strappy sandals, her twin girls, 8, in pink and white stripped dresses. The five-year-old sextuplets: girls in yellow dresses, boys in blue shorts and shirts.

In expectation of their entrance, the hotel set aside two elevators for the family's use and two suites on the same floor. The family is believed to be in town for only a few hours for a photo shoot.

An Oscar Mayer Weiner- mobile worn-out into a home in Racine, Wisconsin after the driver curved onto a dead-end street. She struggle spinning around and accidentally hit the gas in its place of the brake.
It's a double-blow for the boloney company -- this month its creator died and now the crash. And to add insult to injury, the Weiner-mobile wasn't still invited to Oscar Mayer's memorial service.

After Deadly Stage Crash "shocked" Madonna

L. Angeles – Madonna's close and cute tour just bowed deadly.

Misfortune strike in Marseille this morning, when the top of a massive stage being crafted for the stuff Mama's future concert warped on several workers, leaving one dead and seven injured.

Madonna was prepareing her show in Udine, Italy, when the event arised, but wasted no time in sending her genuine comforts to everyone engaged in the end at France's Velodrome Stadium.

She thought "My prayers go out to those who were injured and their families, along with my cordial sympathy to all those affected by this heartbreaking news."

The sold-out Marseille concert stop, scheduled for Sunday, has since been canceled.

There has been no certified word yet on what caused the stadium's roof to collapse, though firefighters told the Agence France-Presse that the roof became unbalanced as it was being lifted by four cranes.

One of the cranes reportedly fell over, crashing onto the stage below.

Marseille city councilor Maurice Di Nocera, meanwhile, told France-Info radio that the roof was roughly two-thirds complete when it began "shaking and collapsing," before gradually falling on the workers just after 5 p.m. local time. He credited the gradualness of the event with allowing several people to flee before its collapse.

"Fortunately, it didn't collapse too quickly, as there would have been quite a few victims," he said.

According to the AFP, up to a dozen people were initially trapped when the structure, which has since been barricaded by emergency workers, first collapsed.

All of the wounded workers were instantly taken to local hospitals. Two were listed in very serious condition, while the others endured broken bones. None of their identities has yet been out.

Lada Gaga discarded by Her Gentleman

Speed’s disco fix is no longer Lady Gaga's for the riding.

The mono-monikered industrialist broke up with his hit maker girlfriend of three months Wednesday after a photo of her snogging another fella made it into the U.K.'s Sun tabloid, a source close to the ex-couple entirely tells E! News.

The ill-advised make out meeting occurred at the restaurant Balans in London's Soho district, where Gaga trotted her 20-person entourage following her man-straddling gig at Brixton Academy.

"He was so frustrated, but he's not into cheaters," our source said of Speedy. "It was hard enough for them to be in a long-distance affiliation, but then this came out and it was over for him."

The 31-year-old Los Angeleno had put business on hold to accompany Gaga on tour. The before happy duo, who met on the set of her "Love Game" video, also vacationed last month in Hawaii, where they were photographed smooching on the beach.

Maybe Lady Gaga thinks you're just supposed to start kissing anyone when there's a camera around.

A rep for the singer didn't directly respond to a demand for comment.

So You Think You Can Dance: a new Sad Thursday

Aw, ominous Thursdays are being paid worse every week. Luckily, the sad So You Think You Can Dance removal always comes with a heaping helping of entertainment, as proofed by tonight's wonderful top 10 group number, and the live Black Eyed Peas performance. Let's talk about what went down and who went home!

The underline of the night was clearly the Asia-influenced group dance choreographer by Wade and Amanda Robson. We'll go as far as to say it was an instant classic, thanks to the grouping of moves, makeup, set decoration, lighting and music. Exceptional work by each one over at team SYTYCD.

The extra big number was the Black Eyed Peas the stage "I get Feeling." It was incredible to see Stacy Ferguson from Kids Incorporated at SYTYCD but did their performance leave anyone else wishing for the radio edit?

As for the poor dear dancers, Melissa, Ade, Randi and Kupono were in the bottom four, and Randi and Kupono ultimately went home.

Stepping out of the authorial "we" for a moment, Melissa and Ade are my personal favorites, and I held my breath for Melissa from the minute she was in the hot seat. I'm greatly relieved that she was safe because I was working my way up to throw a fit in all-caps, and the copy department hates it when I do that.

Were you OK with Randi and Kupono's departure or do you think they had more to offer? Share your opinion in the remarks!

As fans of the series know, Riley starts off as a plain, old human college student, only to fall under the spell of the increasingly vengeful Victoria and, as a newborn vampire, join her crusade against Bella.

Between the names bandied about for the Riley role were Tom "Draco Malfoy" Felton and Channing Tatum, whom playwright Melissa Rosenberg once said would play the part "beautifully."

Well, we think Samuel's doing beautifully so far...
